Introduction

A proxy server is an intermediary between your computer and the internet. It allows you to browse the internet anonymously, bypass internet restrictions, and access geo-restricted content. Google Chrome, being the most popular web browser, offers a simple and user-friendly way to set up and use a proxy server. In this article, we will discuss how to use proxy on Google Chrome.

What is a Proxy Server?

A proxy server acts as a gateway between your computer and the internet. It intercepts your internet traffic and forwards it to the destination website. By doing so, it hides your IP address and location, making it difficult for websites to track your online activities.
